The main target of this project is to turn rice and its environment in an educational and cultural leisure experience to:
• Promote entrepreneurship , income and alternative employment in an area with significant benefits for the local population
• Perform social responsibility to preserve a culture, lifestyle and diet scientifically linked to health and quality of life among younger local population
• Contribute to economic value generation that helps traditional habitat and landscape conservation
• Enhance Valencian culture and tradition value in a sustainable way.
• Foster respect for environment , by promoting environmental education
And making them available for:
Local people preventing the disappearance of healthy eating habits, especially among the young, connecting knowledge and experience from rice cultur to of the educational process.
Visitors and tourists, in order to increase value of coastal destinations in the area fostering connection with a more capable public throughout the year.
