The Rice Museum is located in an enviable position within the Albufera Natural Park, and has the official recognition of “Nature Tourism”.
Conceived as a homage to their ancestors and to all the generations that worked on the marsh and through this contributed to Sueca’s welth. A museum that aims to be a historic witness can’t forgett to show young generations their ancestors way of life.
The free tour includes a guided visit to the museum (1 hour and 30 minutes approximately). After an introduction on the marsh and the Lagoon natural park, visitors will tour different parts of the museum which includes useful agricultural seeds and varieties of rice, how to crop, traditional clothing, etc. The visit ends with a brief documentary on rice farming.
